We have a no refund policy unless its a issue on our end! Any customized products will receive a sample photo before we complete. Once product is reviewed and approved we will proceed with completion. 

Turnaround Time:
Our average processing time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are completed in the order they are received.

When uploading your own design or images!*Read Below

Photo quality matters for large prints. When printing large scale images especially aat sizes 6ft and up. Enlarging a photo can result in blurry or pixelated images. Please make sure to upload a decent picture for better results. This helps maintain the photos quality.

 

Please note: I do not make edit adjustments to your photos to avoid compromising the quality , unless asked. So please upload sharp, clear images.
